Mitchell Lamer

I grew up in Hood River Oregon where I did a lot of outdoor sports such as skiing and mountain biking, which is why I moved to Central Oregon. However my life took a turn and I got into strength sports such as powerlifting, because I was never the best athlete in high school in sports such as lacrosse and boxing. I had to push myself for hours in the gym after practices which is how I learned about strength training. Long story short I became stronger than most my age and decided I enjoyed lifting more than the actual sport. I got into competing in powerlifting and fell in love with everything about it. I want to share my knowledge of strength training I collected through the years I have been competing, studying, and working in powerlifting. Fun fact about me: Outside of the gym I love practicing boxing!
