I have been weight training for more than 15 years and have trained with many historic and current national and world record holding individuals. I’m well versed in training individuals for fat-loss, strength gain, injury rehab, overall wellness, and overall athletic performance.
I was competitive in Football, Wrestling, and Rugby and have personal experience rehabilitating many bodily injuries through a cautious but proactive approach. My training style puts extra emphasis on proper form, breathing, and nutrition in order to safely reach my client goals.
