Our Classes
Strong Man 101
Have you seen CrossFit on ESPN 3 and ever wondered what it would be like to lift a keg over your head, load an atlas stone, or do a heavy rope tow? Come to the weekday strongman and try for yourself! The focus of this class is to provide 1 on 1 coaching to get you acquainted with a different strongman implement each week.
This class is suitable for true beginners, even if you have no history of working out. Already proficient in strongman and just looking to practice or get feedback on your technique? Come on in. Our spacious gym and a wide variety of strongman implements mean that we can accommodate whoever shows up whether you are a seasoned strength athlete or just getting started on your fitness journey.

Strongman Saturday
Have you ever wanted to know what it's like to train or compete in strongman at a high level? Swing by Strongman Saturday at the Powerhaus gym where our strongman team prepares for competition. The format is competition style meaning we will practice multiple strongman events throughout the day.
All are welcome but limited instruction is available on Saturdays as the athletes will be focusing on pushing their own limits with the support and encouragement of teammates. This session will be most productive if you come with your own agenda for events or movements that you want to practice.
